Fall is the perfect time to plant.

Even though most people think that spring is the best time to plant, fall may be even better. This is because the trees and shrubs won’t have to withstand a hot summer during their first few months in your yard. The air is cool and the soil is warm. This is perfect growing conditions. Their roots have a whole year to break out of the root ball and grow into native soil before the onset of heat.
